I bought this bag on the basis of the five star reviews, thinking it could be a lovely makeup bag or a clutch. I saw reference to a lovely lining in one review.In terms of my review:1. The item isn’t as big as I was anticipating. I can get my iPhone 8 Plus in it, along with my keys but little else. I should have read the dimensions more closely.2. There is no lining on the item I received. It’s just the underside of the leather.3. It unfortunately arrived folded and scrunched with some other items, which didn’t make it look appealing.4. It is soft leather, as other reviewers have stated.I bought this as I thought my sister would love it as a gift. The photo looked great and the reviews were tip top.Edit: following this review, the seller got in touch. I have been given a full refund, which I appreciate. Customer service has been spot on. My sister wanted a very specific size of make-up bag in a very specific colour, and lo and behold - here it is! Fabulously soft leather, with a really lovely lining, and extremely good quality. Highly recommended.

I use this in my diaper bag to hold extra diapers! Very nice and perfect size. The leathrler did smell a bit at first but it aired out after about a week or so.
