These Solaray B's are simply the best over all the competition. If you're looking for a second choice (that's even more affordable), the NOW brand has an almost equally good brand of B-100's. You would do fine with either. It's really a question of which is the more affordable at the moment, free shipping, combining orders with other vitamins, etc. You can't go wrong with either Solaray or NOW brand (and not just in B's, they are each equally good companies with high quality products). B is a very important (and largely underestimated) contributor to mood, mental health and neurological health. Anyone experiencing neuropathy, nerve injury or other concerns should look at increasing their B intake. The body cannot 'store' B because it's water soluble, so it's all the more important to keep your B levels up.
