Gentle clarifying shampoo
I originally bought it to use before dyeing my hair with henna, but I liked it so much that I use it once a week to remove buildup from my shampoo bar. I have a sensitive scalp, and it doesn't irritate it. I have sensitivity to fragrances, so I was really happy that It has a nice smell that's not overwhelming.I recommend not buying it during winter months. The first bottle likely froze in transit, so it became a thick gel, and it was hard to get it out of the bottle. This one was perfectly fine.

Works well
It works really good. My hair was fading unbelievably quick. It’s purple and it kept going pink. I used this shampoo before using attic fix dye and bam finally! The color has lasted so much longer, stayed really bright also.My hair had looked dull before.I would give this 5 stars but it does dry my hair out really bad. I have healthy hair so I just used a deep conditioner at the end of every thing. My hair feels great. If you have dry or damaged hair, I’m not sure that I’d use this. If I did, I’d dilute it and use a great conditioner and then some leave in or oil before you style it!

Squeaky Clean! LITERALLY.
I recently have gotten back into hair extensions. I use tape in extensions, which leave a bit of residue that needs to be combed out with bond remover. The bond remover can be pretty oily, depending on brand/type, and between the oily bond remover and residual tape residue, I needed (and still do need) some hard core shampoo that would removal all foreign oils/substances.This stuff works great!!! My hair made literal 'squeaky clean' sounds as I was running my fingers through it, all the way to the ends, pushing water out of my hair. I couldn't believe it... I have heard of the expression 'squeaky clean' before, I've even used it myself to describe something that has been cleansed really well, but I have never actually heard the 'squeak' of 'squeaky-clean' before.I have bleach platinum blonde #1001 type hair, so I am not sure how this would fair on colored/dyed hair. My hair does not have any color/dye and it did a fantastic job of cleaning my hair. I washed my hair twice. I would have only done 1 wash as it was clean/residue free to me, but there is a reason why shampoo bottles say rinse and repeat. So I washed it twicem

Worked well!!
I used it once since I got it. I washed it twice though. Took if most off the buildup and the orange discoloration from dry abused hair.. Hair came out clean and the color took a lot better when I recolored it after drying the hair. It is not more drying than most average clarifying shampooes. I will probably use it once every two weeks or so.

Works but...
It's really thick like hair gel. I had to take the cap off as it wouldn't squeeze out like a shampoo usually does. It will leave your hair feeling dried out and straw like. Follow with a conditioning mask or even better a bond repair product.

Amazing
I rarely find something worth 5 stars BUT OMG, this product is like crack for hair!! I use spray or mousse......maybe once a year so, I strictly purchased this so that I can prep my hair for the dye. WOW......my hair literally feels weightless! Ive never not used conditioner and because I was prepping to dye, I didn't, and WOW! My hair is not only weightless but still manageable. I dont understand, but I am officially a fan! I was so shocked that I wanted to see how ny hair would feel tomorrow (today). Combed/brushed through it beautifully! The scent is hella light, friendly for all. I cant imagine it getting any better with the conditioner but will be getting it!!!!!

Disappointed
We are desperately trying to remove Splat Temporary hair dye from my daughters hair. I read online that this product was great for removing temporary hair dye. We have tried using this shampoo several times and it has made no impact on the purple color on her blonde hair. Moving on to the next trick, unfortunately.

Okay
It's okay; it's a thick shampoo, but it left my fine hair feeling a bit dry. Honestly, I don't think it's worth buying again.
