This is great for helping you sleep and also great for sore muscles or feet.

My daughter sent me a link to this spray. It works great for both of us. 2 sprays on the bottom of 1 foot..then rub the bottoms of your feet together. It has greatly improved multiple things for me. I sleep better, get to sleep faster & do not have to go to the restroom at night as often. I have tried taking magnesium pills but they didn't seem to do anything. This has been a great find!!

This product is super potent, so be careful how much you put on your skin. Can itch if you use too much.

Not bad for helping sleep or sore muscles. Makes a decent solo massage oil but will leave a white film when dry. I'm sure it's the mineral itself so no complaints. The cap however leaks and I have a giant oil stain on my sheets
