I noticed I was losing an awful lot of hair after washing and when brushing. In panic I bought Alpecin shampoo, which initially didn't have any dramatic effect. When reading reviews for that shampoo I came across someone recommending this product. I've been using the shampoo daily together with taking these supplements daily and can honestly say I have noticed a huge improvement in the amount of hair I now have. I have loads of those annoying baby hairs sticking up now, that really aren't so annoying any more!! I'm unsure of the reason for this sudden hair loss. I am 43, but have recently had covid?? So I'd recommend these supplements highly. Nails seem to grow quicker and my eyelashes are amazing :-)

I LOVE this product! I'd never taken any vitamins for my hair/nail before and now will never go back. I often use acrylics on my nails and so my natural nails get so thin and flakey underneath but I have noticed such a difference in this. They are staying so much stronger and breaking a lot less. My hair is also feeling much healthier, it looks great, feels nice to touch and I've even noticed less hair falling out when i'm in washing/brushing it. Definitely recommend!

I have only just received theseSo to early to tell.But i have been using Biotin since last April 2020.They certainly did make my hair grow. Thicker much quicker than if not used.I know this because my hair litterally fell out. From bleaching.I lost at least 60% of my hair.Never bleaching it again!I had to cut my hair really short due to so much hair fall and thin almost bald patches all over my entire head.I took Biotin as recommended in Holland and Barratt.Spent £24.99 on a bottle that lasted 3 months and wow my hair grew back thicker than before and my hair is naturally thick anyway untill i bleached it!I had only 1 month without taking Biotin and my hair started to fall again.. I noticed after washing it but not as much as previously after the bleach job.Now a year later its thick, great condition and shiny, healthy hair.I never use hair straightners or hair dryer anymore and drink lots of water.Its like Biotin has given me a second chance i didnt deserve after messing with my hair in lockdown!Would probably be bald if not used Biotin.Ive used another brand that has gone way up in price but i personally think they are all the same as long as high strength.Sorry for massively long review!Will update in few weeks, although i have faith this brand will be the same result x

Been using this products for 2 months, didn’t notice any change with my hair, only nails became slightly stronger and grew faster. But I guess every body is different so it might work for some but it didn’t for me

Tablets are easy to swallow my hair does seem to be in somewhat better condition I wouldn't say I have got a full head of hair but it doesn't appear to be as course feeling as it used to be so I think I will be buying again

These work. A client of mind starting taking them and had such good results that I then got some. Now they’re out of stock which isn’t ideal, as will need some more soon. Noticed my hair thickening at the root and growing quicker than normal.

I used the biotin as described and after 1.5 months I noticed nothing.Also please note if you buy this and have the same experience you cannot get a refund because of the sellers refund policy I bought one jar on the 1st February and Return window closed on 3 Mar 2022. So I would suggest if after 3 weeks it doesn't work for you claim a refund. If it was proven to work you would expect the seller to provide a longer return window.

I’ve only been taking them for a few days but I’ve had an upset stomach and stomachache ever since!!!! Maybe strength too strong for me so I will try taking half and see how I get on. Everyone is different, so will affect people differently as some of the comments are really positive. Will give it a little longer with half a day and see if that changes.
