Great for Low Carb
Alright listen. Let me break it down for you honestly and openly. You open this and it smells like fish. It needs rinsing in cold water. If you can get past this mentally and physically without recoiling, you’re golden. It’s not ACTUAL FISH, so some of these reviewers need to get a grip. It’s a plant. Now we’ve rinsed and got rid of the stinky smell, we cook. It needs pan cooking to get rid of the excess water, or microwaving for a few minutes. If you put it in your mouth at this point, you’re going to be disappointed. It’s tasteless. But you know what? Add it to a typical meal in place of your pasta or rice, and you’re substituting 400 calories for 15 calories. There it is. There’s the benefit. It’s also super low carb so if you’re keto, this is perhaps an answer to your problems. No longer do you need to eat a curry with no rice/stir fry with no noodles / tomato and basil chicken with no pasta. Yeah, I’ve been there too.And although it’s tasteless and rubbery, this stuff is filling! Filling and barely any calories. That’s the huge bonus of it. So if you’re looking for a carb replacement that is actually filling, this is a great choice. Will it give you the happy feels white pasta does? No, because it’s not converting to sugar and releasing happy into your bloodstream. But it is filling, and you will feel full after eating a pack with your meat or veg dish. You just won’t get any joy from it.It won’t ever appear in Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants, but it might just save you a couple of hundred calories a day, and is great for keto.

Absolutely disgusting!
I only gave one star because these noodles are honestly vile! The texture is slimy and very chewy...I was looking forward to my stir fry with these noodles but I felt so nauseous straight away after opening them as the smell is very offensive...I washed them and thought they would be edible but to be quite honest I just couldn't stomach them

Healthier option but tastes different than original
Eat Water Slim Thai Style Noodles are a versatile and health-conscious choice for those on keto, paleo, or vegan diets. Each 270-gram pack contains noodles made from organic konjac flour, which are free from carbohydrates and sugars, making them suitable for low-calorie and low-carb diets. These noodles offer a convenient way to enjoy a familiar texture and taste without the typical calorie and carbohydrate content of traditional noodles. They are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes, from stir-fries to soups. However, their texture might be different from standard noodles, which some people may need time to adjust to. Overall, these noodles provide a great alternative for those seeking a guilt-free option for their meals.

One of the better konjac pasta alternatives
I've tried several brands of konjac noodles and these are better than most. The addition of oat fibre improves the texture - they still have that 'fishy' smell when first opened, and need rinsing and dry-frying, but they aren't as rubbery as some others. Like other konjac noodles, there's hardly any flavour, but with a decent-flavoured sauce these are fine. They fill you up very effectively!

Love them or hate them. I LOVE THEM.
These slim noodles, rice and pasta have terrible reviews and, to be honest instead of just trying them for myself I steered away from them for a long long time. I normally read reviews but still buy the product. There was that many bad reviews no matter which site I went on I just didn't buy.'I am now raving about all 3 products. I absolutely love them. I have been doing keto for 3 years and never found anything to replace my staples until I tried these recently . I use one of them everyday now and I just wished I would have bought a pack because I missed out but, that is simply down to me. Now I have tried all of them I have all 3 in bulk because its cheaper. They do have a smell but, it really does go away when you rinse them. I dry them before I use them. I did use dehydrator but a dry pan on stove top does the job better and it takes me a minute or 2 to get them as dry as I can without burning them. Oh my I love the rice the best I really do. I haven't had boiled yet but the fried is as close as you can get.
