My son loves using these grips at CrossFit.

Good concept, but not design
Used for the first time a month or so ago doing muscle ups. I found that they did not cover near as much as the palm as expected. They felt loose during the entire workout and had to keep righting and adjusting them.

Not grippy enough
I've used the non-pebbley Roo Grips for years. Tried these for the first time and they are not nearly as good. They don't grip the bar even with lots of chalk. Very disappointed.

Not worth the money
To thin and after hundred pull-ups I looked down and the metal ring had my wrist bleeding. If you just wanted a little protection they might be alright everyday use I wouldn’t recommend
