So far so good. OEM look, solid build...great value. Easy to install (our didn't come with a hex key, but it is a standard size.

Awesome mount, too bad it's not magsafe
I did something to it to make it work for magsafe phone mounting. Not bad, but had to spend more to make it work for my needs.

Good if you have thin case
Good holder, the magnets fit inside my case because mine is thin, i suspect if you have a thick case it wont work. Looks great when not in use only thing is if you plug in your phone the charger might hit the shifter

Great idea, such a shame it holds the phone but not while driving
This is a well made part except for the 1 flaw that makes this product a 2 star instead of 5. Using the magnet to hold the phone in place is not a good idea for a moving object. The other type of phone mount that grips around the phone would instantly make this a 5 star part for W204's and compatible vehicle interiors.

I tried many phone holders for my Mercedes c250, BUT THIS IS THE PERFECT ONE.👍

Don't think about it too much
No need to remove your current interior piece, this goes right on top then you use the Allen key to turn the four screws in a bit to lock it into place. Took maybe 10 mins and very study. Stoked for my c63 since I want things to look factory. This knocked it out of the park
