Love this product!!! I have lots of food intolerances, so I must be extremely careful with ‘healthy products’ as they often have things I’m super sensitive to citrus like lemons. Most products do have lemons include as a central product to their blend. So I was extremely excited to have found this with no citrus, but all of the other key products needed. I’ve been taking for a few months now and it has become essential to my dietary needs.I do recognize it’s a bit expensive, but worth it for me as i have special challenges that this product really supports. I appreciate the energy and the support to my stomach and other muscles/joints. It makes me function to my highest levels. It has really become a game changer for me!

I am pleased so far. The packaging that it arrived in was sturdy. I was excited to try it out, so I tried it with Fresh Spring Water. Next I plan to try it with some sparkling water. First the smell, which has a faint smell reminding me of cabbage. Next the flavor, which is surprisingly different from the smell. It tastes nothing like it smells! It has a faintly sweet taste!!! I Can embrace this! I'm looking forward to having it twice a day as recommended with no fear or dread. Like savoring a bottle of fine wine, I'm hoping to reap the many benefits of drinking it.

It is a Legitimate product. I didn’t feel hungry, and my hair, skin, and nails were still healthy. On days two and three, I had some headaches and fatigue, but these were detox symptoms. I am now in the post-fasting period, so I feel better. I recommend diluting with water or carbonated water.

Falsely advertised…this is the worst tasting and smelling THING I have ever ingested. I couldn’t even get it down. The next day after my tiny sip, I vomited all over the E.R. it sent me to. Not kidding, I had less than half the tiny cup full it comes with and I was violently ill. No go.

I can't state how well it works for a cleanse, yet. I plan to get another bottle to do a cleanse. I thought I'd start by just slowly introducing it to my body and letting my body adapt to the nutrients. That said, it started working on my gut health immediately. The gurgling in adjustments was a bit noisy, but not painful. I drank once daily in the morning. In hindsight, the evening would probably be the better option, given the drink more time to operate without food or water. That said, it was very enjoyable to drink and easily added to a routine.I plan to do a cleanse this weekend and may update my review then. But I'm looking forward to it. I think adding this to water while fasting, will make the fast much easier.

Fermented foods are so very important. We learn more and more how valuable fermented foods are for better health. Koso is new to me and I therefore cannot compare it to other Koso and have not used it long enough to notice any changes in our health, but it is now a delicious added foundation block in our morning routine.Taste is delicious! : a bit of sweetness, a bit sticky, mixes wonderfully with kefir. How do they ever place so many amazing veggies into this delightful product!!? It is expensive but the subscription offers a considerable discount. Also, the daily amount is small so it extends well. We benefit from fermented foods and the more variety the better and R’s Koso offers significant variety and is therefore worth every penny.

Before you order it, please be aware that this is not refundable. I purchased this as a gift for a friend, but the friend refused it. I had to keep it for myself. Tried it. Don’t think it’s worth it. Just eat healthy food.

I’m very happy with this purchase. R’s Koso has a very pleasantly sweet citrus and herbal taste which goes great over ice with soda water. I bought this product a few weeks ago and wanted to wait a while to see how I felt after trying it before writing a review. Although I haven’t tried the recommended cleanses, I have taken it daily since it arrived – a little less than a shot each time. I don’t know how it works as a system cleanser but I can definitely say from my own experience with this drink that R’s Koso can reduce bloating. On a few occasions, I took an extra dose after a heavy meal and found that it greatly reduced my discomfort.The product comes well packaged with clear instructions for those of you who want to try different levels of consumption. I probably won’t be trying the cleanse routine, but I feel great and will continue my daily use.BTW, delivery was fast and easy. No hassles. Strongly recommended.
