Good batting drill
It is good for batting drill to adjust form. However, it is too big for my girls even we ordered medium size.

Better products out there
The Perfect Connection does help keep your arms connected, but it didn't allow the natural rotation of the forearms on the way back. The result is that the club was pointed across the plane line at the top. No good! Also, I could never quite find the right setting for a comfortable fit. If you are looking for an aid that helps you stay connected, I would go for a band versus this particular item.

Helpful aid
I've received a lot of benefit from this training aid. Useful in keeping arms from becoming disconnected in the swing and in keeping hands and arms in front of body in the backswing.
