Hair is getting thicker, nails are not
These work about 50 percent. They taste good. I am noticing liquor, hair growth however my nails are still thin. It’s not making a huge difference in my skin either. I can take these on an empty stomach and feel fine. Based on my usage, I can recommend them for thicker hair growth.

Taste delicious and I am not a fan of gummies. Nails seem to be stronger but only have been taking them for 2 weeks.

Such a great vitamin!
I went through a very stressful time in my life, lost a bunch of weight (50+ pounds), and as a result...lost a lot of my hair! I did a lot of research before deciding on these vitamins.I have been taking these vitamins for three or four months now, and I have seen such incredible improvement. My hair has started to grow back, my skin feels softer, and my eyelashes are longer than I ever thought they could be. My nails feel thicker and don't break as easily.Improvement takes a while to see, so you may have to take these for a couple of months before you see a difference. They've worked incredibly well for me so far.

Works but
You can’t stop using this or you nails will go soft again. So I feeling like I’m stuck buying this forever. Taste is great. And my nail growing fast also. Don’t see much difference on my hair or skin but works great for my nails.

It's okay. I will stick with Spring Valley Biotin!
Didn't notice a significant difference in hair, skin, and nails. Spring Valley and a few others are much better.
