No noises, no leaks.I had my LS430 in the shop for service, and the power steering pump was leaking. The shop ordered me a remanufactured unit, that was an OEM pump, but remanufactured by a local parts house.That pump didn't come with a pulley, and they needed to remove my OEM pulley to install this pump. It took them 2 hours before calling me to tell me that they had broken 2 different pullers, and bent my original pulley trying to remove it (I don't blame the shop). They called the dealer, and a new pump with pulley was going to cost me over $1,000. This car is 23 years old, has 234,000 miles. A $1,000 pump was not really in the cards for me, but I needed to get the car fixed.I found this pump, and was hesitant to purchase it due to its country or origin, but I had no other options. It had 2 reviews, and they were both good. I took the leap and ordered the pump. It arrived in 2 days, and I dropped it off at the shop. They got it installed without issue. It fit well, and didn't make any noise. It has been installed now for about 6 months, and I'd recommend buying it. I'd buy it again if needed. The original lasted 23 years. I doubt I'll have the car that long, but if it last me half as long I'll be happy.

Perfect fit for my 03 ls430. Old one had a bad bearing making car whine and screech while running. Replaced with this product and perfectly quiet with a perfect fit

Absolutely no difference. Whines just like the old pump. My system was flushed, then repiped, and then this was installed. Still whines on cold starts. No bubbles, no cavitation in the fluid. It just whines when cold. Either this pump is just a cleaned up rebuilt used pump with new seals but not new bearings, or I got a bad one out of the box. The steering did not whine when the car was new.
