This is a replacement unit for my SUV as I have bent my current one in a minor mishaps with concrete light post bases.It is incredibly the amount of space you save in your SUV by simply using this cargo carrier, easy to store and to attach things securely with the straps included, it also comes with a waterproof cover and a net. You need a ratchet to tighten the bolts, but then they are solid, very easy to assemble. The frame is surprisingly stout and feels solid. The finish makes the carrier look pretty sharp, too.We use this to put gas containers, our lawn mower, weed eater, gas chainsaw, to go to our properties to do the lawn maintenance. But we will use it to put the luggage when we go on vacation, nice product, that you can use for many different purposes.

Have for maybe 3 years now and so glad I made this purchase. More room in truck for family on vacations. No worries.

Some difficulty following assembly instructions. Once assembled it was very easy to mount to my pickup.

We got this for vacation and it worked perfectly for holding our coolers and such. Good value for the money just make sure you have the proper attachment. Easy to assemble fits comfortably in parking spaces.

Used to move a full Yukon that needed three more totes worth of stuff moved from Iowa to Nevada. The cover is awesome to keep the elements out of the totes. The bungy strap to keep it down and the included ratcheting tie down to keep it tight. Just checked when getting gas that everything was secure and didn't have any issues what so ever. Even threw my brother in law on it and drove around the property prior to the totes and it is build great! I would recommend this to anyone.There were a few small spots that look like possible rust so I am going to blast or sand the small spots and repaint them. Only thing I would say keep an eye on.

Overall this was as I expected - straightforward to assemble and seems sturdy enough, but the “waterproof” cover is a thin, flimsy piece of fabric that isn’t even close to being waterproof. I bunched up some paper towels, wrapped it in the cover and held it under running water. The paper towel was completely soaked in less than a minute.

I have only had this for about 6 months but it has been quite useful. It is easy to put together, it is very sturdy and I have used it several times. I used it on a 5 hour drive in the rain and snow, fully loaded with 4 large Rubbermaid containers. The containers fit perfectly side by side double stacked, secured with the ratchet straps.

This rack is impressive. It’s very well built and holds a bunch of gear. There is one flaw in the instructions: the silver takedown pin and the black pivot bolt are backwards in the Instructions. Also the hitch stabilizer provided doesn’t fit either of our vehicles. Fortunately I had another one that fits, but it’s not a necessary part. Overall great product
