Worth it so far, fast growth!!
The media could not be loaded. Update 7.17.22- I added more pics and a video, I labeled them with date . First pics with no dates are from 7.11.22. WOW so far these cuttings are doing really great...I simply placed mine in water from my kitchen sink, we use a PUR filter , I used the filtered water not tap water. I added no nutrients so far and the growth is incredible. I have the cuttings placed in a west facing window in my kitchen above the stove. It seems to love the location. The root growth is incredible to watch. I don't typically grow my plants in soil, I used hydroponic system. I will be transitioning the tree to LECA soon and will update accordingly. For now seems very happy in the water still. I have only had to change the water once. I have read many reviews and I think a lot of rhe cuttings with poor reviews maybe occurred in the transition period of moving cuttings from water to soil...luckily I use hydro systems so I think the plant should be fine because there is not transition needed in the roots, less risk of rot etc...when you move cutting from water to soil it's at very high risk of rot due to having water roots not soil roots, water roots are thinner to reduce amount of water absorption needed as they have easy access to water..when a plant has water roots that get put in to soil the water roots tend to suffocate from lack of oxygen and overwatering/drawing up too much water, etc. I'm excited to see if the plant makes it in a hydroponic setup, but I am nervous bc a lot of reviews say the plant did not live past being potted. Will keep posted but so far I'm still really happy and think the plant will do well!Update 7.11.22 - I added pictures . I received this originally July 9, it is ONLY July 11(2 days later!!) And the cuttings are already growing their roots.l, and showing signs of new growth!! The biggest stick was one I submerged into water as instructed (wet towel side into water) the other 2 I flipped bc the roots were growing more on the opposite end. All 3 sticks look great and I'm really excited to keep tracking the progress. I usually add a nutrient mix to my prop water but the instructions stated NOT to do that so I complied and I'm happy I did. They are growing perfectly fine without nutrients for now. I use hydroponic growing mediums , so I will keep updating this every now and then with the progress of the cuttings. Really happy so far (:So I just got this today, will update as needed. It was much faster than expected which I am happy about. It arrived with many new growth areas , roots nearly throughout the whole stem about 1 cm long give or take! So , very happy with that.1 con so far is that it honestly looked like it was packaged opposite of how it should have been packaged ...meaning the paper towels were wrapped around the "bottom" of the stem but most of the small new growth areas were on the end NOT covered with the paper towel? So...I did the opposite and put the sides with new root growth in the water instead of the side the paper towel was on. I received 3 cuttings and did this with 2 of the 3 cuttings. This is my first weeping willow so I could be missing something but just the only off thing about my package. Not a big deal still 5 stars so far bc they all looked fairly healthy...there was one spot that had some evidence of turning to rot but I just rinsed it off and moved on. We will see! But so far I'm fairly happy with my purchase and very excited to see how it goes! I'm well versed in propogating aroids and houseplants but this is my first willow tree! I will update this post accordingly. For now, definitely worth buying!

Disappointed
I received 3 branches. All 3 grew roots and leaves very quickly. After 3 weeks, I transitioned them soil. Within 2 weeks of transitioning, all 3 branches started developing black spots on them and the leaves died off. None of them survived.

mini weeping willow....awesome
I received my bare branches on May 4th...3 of them. One is a branch about 1inch diameter and 2 other twigs maybe 1/4 inch....all about 6in.long. Arrived very well packed but didn't look like much....I was a little worried. Put them in a jar of water immediately and waited. Boy was I surprised in 2days when I got up to find tiny leaf buds. Next day actual tiny leafs. Now 2 wks later all 3 branches are full of leaves on stems about 8 in tall. Followed the directions and I planted them in the recommended soil today May 18th and am excited to see the result. So far it is a 100% positive purchase. I will be getting 1 more soon. So beautiful. Have already recommended this tree to friends and family. Many thanks to the growers.

Started out great, then tanked. :(
I was sent three healthy looking cut branches, which I placed in water on a windowsill. In just a few days all three had very nice healthy looking roots and greens shooting out. I was only expecting one so I had only purchased one pot, and therefore only planted one. I left the other two in the cup of water until I had a chance to get more. The two in the cup started to brown and dropped all signs of green a few days later.. then the one in the pot croaked as well. I followed the company's guidelines down to every instruction, soil, lighting, water. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I decided to try a different tree to bonsai instead.

Hard to say how this will do
I followed the instructions that came with the bare root and will try to grow my own willow.

Easy to start.
I received 3 starters, and placed them immediately in water. I was sure 1 was dead, but i snapped it in half, stuck it in the cup of water, and the bottom part that was still alive, rooted. All 3 grew roots within 24 hours. Within about 48 hours, i had leaves. Had an out of town funeral, so I am behind in putting in pots with dirt. I hope they will be ok. They are easy cuttings to start, and I truly hope they make it once i plant them. But you cannot complain if they dont, as the price is awesome, and well worth trying again. I cant find my directions and i have to find out what soil I need. Then i will replant, and update. Im in Missouri and hoping they will be ok through winter, even if i bring them inside. So happy, so far. I am going to order a bonzai for my son. Great product, and company seems awesome from what I have read.

Not easy to grow and keep alive
All died. They put on roots and then turned dark brown and died

No no no
Seemed good to start, but nothing grew, it seemed like they mailed me sticks, they started to sprout but, nothing enough to hold itself growing
