So...I was sceptical of buying this as, outiside professional casino settings, I'm used to the oval table top style tables with the arm rest around the circumference. I've used the table top style for 15+ years so buying a roll out mat was a bit of a gamble. I'm an avid poker player, have organised and run many games as well as professionally dealing so have plenty of experience. My table topper had seen many years of use and I was hosting a game at the weekend. It needed a good clean so deceided to get to work. However, the cloth was so battered it disintigrated. Thus my need for an alternative. For a new table, I was looking at £120+, which I would've paid had I not seen the roll out mat for £70. I chose the sized mat that fit my table exactly, 180x90. I'd never used them before but as a quick home game replacent, I went for the mat over the topper. I was glad I did. Not only was it the cheaper of the two options, it was perfect. It looks professional. The cards slide well across the material. It looks custom made. The area for the board cards is designed very well and seem to be designed for Copag cards in mind. Shuffling is a breeze. Chip tricks and shuffling work well. Picking up the cards isnt an issue. Very impressed. If both were the same price, I'd choose the mat over the table topper

SLOWPLAY's Poker Mat is a great product in terms of its durability, value for money, and sturdiness. However, it's SLOWPLAY's customer support that really shines! I had a small issue with my mat when I received it. It had small white spots on the fabric which was supposed to be black (uncoloured fabric). I messaged SLOWPLAY's customer support (email from their website), and, once I supplied the invoice from Amazon, they sent me a NEW mat FREE OF CHARGE! They did not make me send back the old mat. The customer service team handled my issue very quickly and efficiently. I now have no complaints!

Great mat which I bought to use as a second table in a regular pub poker game. We have now switched to using this on a wooden sheet as a first choice rather than the custom made table as it is so much more convenient. All the players prefer this. It seemed expensive but worth the money and I'm considering getting a second

Amazing quality and durability. Dealing card on it is like is smooth and slick. Also can confirm it is water proof as a friend of mine managed to spill a drink and it just wiped away leaving now dampness and continued playing. Highly recommend this product

This is blatantly a quality product - a little on the pricy side, but sturdy, functional and stylish. I would have liked to review this properly once I have put it to good use, but we all know how Amazon like a review the moment it's confirmed you've received the product. However, I am optimistic this this will perform very well.

This poker mat is everything I hoped it would be. I am impressed with it's weight and the quality of construction. It's also as "grippy" as I hoped it would be. I have no concerns about it slipping with five to eight people sitting around it. I also like it's simplistic appearance. I saw other table mats that were covered with printing, guides, pictures, etc., but they were too 'busy' for my eyes. The carrying case is also made of a heavier material than I expected. It's not a cheap canvas. It's a thicker material with a zipper at one end. It comes with a comfortable shoulder strap too. Inside the mat comes rolled up around a sturdy cardboard tube that can be saved and used to assist with rolling the mat up when you're ready to put it away. I highly recommend this since the storage case opens at the end and you have to feed the roll in and push it down. The cardboard tube provides the rigidity you need to do this. Overall, I believe this is a great product well worth the price!
