I purchased this product and after unpacking and reading instructions a piece popped off making it unusable. I was pissed and immediately called the company.(not amazon ) I was 1st surprised that I got an immediate real person to answer. Next I explained what happened and the young lady listened and simply said sent me proof of purchase and address confirmation . She also stated if I could get the proof asap a replacement will be shipped immediately. I sent proof right after the phone call and received a email confirmation stating replacement was already in route via UPSYup that’s how it went !!!!! QuicklyI will definitely be buying from Ewbank again on different items because of this excellent customer service experience.Thank you

It does the job. My husband is in an ALF and the housekeeping leaves something to be desired. When his apartment gets done, I follow it up with an actually clean floor. Should I need to do that! No, but he is my first responsibility. The water reservoir leaks near the bottom but I am making it work.

Just used it for the first time. It said for hard to clean, use brushes to loosen the dirt then switch to the scrubbing disks to scrub the area. That is what I was going to do, but the brushes were enough on their own to clean the floor. I was impressed.

Machine didn't seem very powerful, literally left stuff stuck on my floor from just 2 hrs before using, cant imagine it can lift anything old or set in. It didn't seem to weigh enough to put pressure on scrubbers or rotate fast enough regardless. I looked at measurements before purchasing but feel they should be more clear about the actual scrubbers measurements for surface area because it just wasn't wide enough either. Handle feels cheap and likely to break easily.

...A disappointment. Very light duty. Might work well if there is a very small amount of dirt/dust to mop or scrub. Maybe. Could be okay for buffing or spreading liquid wax. But for cleaning? Leave that to the serious cleaners/mops/scrubbers/buffers. This one is just not up to the task of everyday cleaning, much less anything that needs some real attention. I wish I had not bought it. Caveat emptor - be sure you know what this will do before plopping down your money.
