An excellent overview
An excellent Anthology of this fine singer. Excellent packaging and liner notes in a very informative booklet. Apart from track 1 the sound quality is very good.

A stunning collection of the very best Jo Stafford songs and this one also includes my own favourite of hers 'Young And Foolish' (Jo Stafford with Paul Weston & His Orchestra.). Almost 100 songs on 4 superb CDs.

Jo Stafford does a great job on every song
Jo Stafford does a great job on every song, but I prefer her ballads and wish there were a collection limited to ballads. No one, not even Ella, compares with Jo when it comes to infusing a ballad with the most tender emotions.

GREAT JAZZ VOICE
This 4 cd set has 104 tracks that highlight jo Stafford's great jazz voice. Many of these selections were big hits back in the day. Sound reproduction is very good and the booklet has a ton of useful information. However, be aware that these are CDRs since I think that this label(ACROBAT) from the UK uses only CDRs on their releases.John Walsh
