Much gentler on the stomach than higher doses
I started on a really high dose of iron and found that it was awful on my system. Then I went down to Slow FE at 45 mg and still couldn't handle that. If you're looking for a low dose that is well tolerated and much easier to handle, this is the only one I've found that is far gentler than other brands or doses.

I give a 5 because I haven’t been told I have low iron since taking additional iron lol. I assume they work.

Thanks to these supplements, I’m finally not iron deficient. They also do not hurt my stomach (which was the first question I got from my PCP). Super happy to have found these.
