I’ve been purchasing this brand for a long time and so have many of the people that I know. High quality ingredients. I’m so glad that I found an even better price here on Amazon as they typically sell for about $5 more at retail stores. As a healthcare professional, I’m telling you that if you need omega-3 fish oil, this is the brand to purchase. Sure there are some for a few dollars less, but they aren’t absorbed well so you only get about 60% of the active ingredients vs 100%.

I liked these because they didn't make me smell like fish. They seem to work fine I didn't notice a huge difference but I wasn't looking for one I'm sure it works subtly behind the scenes to improve my health. I only gave it four out of 5 stars because the pills are huge. At least they're gel pills so they're easier to swallow than some other ones but still they're big enough that you really feel them going down.

These are as helpful for my triglycerides as the very expensive prescription Omega 3 pills I've been taking for years. I took these for three months and have my blood work done, and my triglycerides stayed as low as ever.

I loved these! I’ve tried supplementing fish oil in my diet for years because I know it’s excellent for your joints, skin and overall health, but my stomach is extremely sensitive and I would always get sick taking them or at the very least bloat and have fishy burps for hours! I decided to try once more and this time I did my research about ingredients and I kept coming back to this brand. I LOVE THEM! I take two in the AM before breakfast, but sometimes I miss breakfast and I still have absolutely no stomach bloat or discomfort and NO BURPS! You definitely are getting quality ingredients with this brand all of their fish oils are in the triglyceride form which is what you want to look for in a fish oil supplement. They also include vitamin D3 so I no longer need to supplement that vitamin. The pills are medium sized and soft so I found them very easy to swallow which is important to me because I have a weak muscle in my throat which makes swallowing some larger pills impossible. If you are looking for a quality omega-3 source to add to your diet, this one is the best I’ve tried!
