I have nothing terrible to say about these capsules other than they are a bit large. However, no fish burps and the lemon flavor is so subtle. There is no fishy taste or smell in my opinion and they go down easily. They seem to be good quality and I’m hoping they will help my joints feel better and help with less inflammation throughout my body! I will update again with how effective they’ve been over the course of a few months as I’m only on month one, but so far, so good!!

Arrived exactly as stated. Very well packaged and the soft gels were all loose. None were stuck together as some have noted. I’ve been researching the best quality omega 3 and at least 1000 mg per serving. This Nordic Naturals has 1200 mg per serving which is excellent. I really like that it is 3rd party purity tested.This is the first omega 3 that I’ve taken that there is absolutely no taste. Very easy to take as the gels are longer than wide.I’m so impressed with these omega 3 gels that I have them on auto ship.

I've been taking Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for a few months now, and the difference is noticeable. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus. I feel more mentally focused, and my joints are less stiff after workouts. I also appreciate that it's sustainably sourced and third-party tested for purity. Totally worth the cost. Overall, it's a high-quality omega-3 supplement that I trust and would definitely recommend.

It took several days for them to get here much longer than it should have for Amazon Prime members so expect delays and no reimbursement surprised that it didn't smell all that fishy other ones that I have tried with omega-3s 10 to smell like fish oil. These also are surprisingly large much larger than the average capsule probably double the size so be prepared for that. I generally do not have a problem swallowing pills but I found these to be daunting and made sure my mouth was plenty wet before I tried to swallow them so they wouldn't get stuck.That said I didn't get any unpleasant burping or fish taste afterwards, they did not upset my stomach with or without food.Obviously without getting blood test done I don't know how well they are working but I had a recent blood test where my omega-6s were 14 to 1 instead of four to one like they're supposed to be. One of the side effects my doctor said was that's what was making the edge of my nose peel which was a weird symptom but it's why he ran the test and sure enough I was off on that ratio. Since I started taking these my nose has stopped peeling and my subjective take is that it's rebalancing my omega-3s. Time will tell next time I get the test I will update my review.Packaging is good they were sealed on the inside and the cap was screwed down well they were not inside an exterior shrink wrap though. The box that they came in was crushed but the product was fine inside.I have not had good sleep recently I tend to sleep 3 hours and then wake up for 4-5 and then go back to sleep. Since I started taking these I've had a couple of days where I'm actually sleeping 6 hours at a stretch which for me is really good.I definitely recommend it as a supplement they seem to have a high quality product and they aren't skimpy with the portions.

I really liked taking the Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega. The lemon flavor made it easy to take—there was no fishy smell or aftertaste at all, which I really appreciated. It also didn’t upset my stomach like some other fish oil supplements have in the past.That said, the only downside (and the reason I stopped ordering it) is that every time it arrived, many of the soft gels were stuck together. It seemed like they had melted or been compressed during shipping, which made them difficult to use. It was disappointing because the product itself worked well for me.If they could fix the packaging or shipping issue, I’d gladly come back to it. Overall, it’s a high-quality supplement that just needs a little help in the delivery department.

This is the first Omega that I have taken that doesn't cause any GI upset or "belching" after taking. The quality is exceptional! Totally worth the price!
