Size is good for adults. Works great for chronic bad nosebleeds.

I don’t see why they wouldn’t. You would have to hold it on for a little bit. They work great for nose bleeds.

Great nosebleed dressing

Great choice to stop nose bleeds. They are a little stiff so use saline nasal spray to soften a little and works great. They are all sterilely packaged and easy to open and use. Works great sets up with gel like substance so the blood stops quickly after use. Tells you to wait 30 minutes and then remove. Dependent on type of nose bleed may need to apply again. Good price for the money 25 applications in the box

My hubby is from a family of nose bleeders and this product is in every wallet, purse, car and medicine cabinet. Our ENT recommended this product to stop the bloody noses without running to urgent care. This product works. You must put it in and leave it in the nostril for at least 30 minutes. This is important if you are on blood thinners like my hubby is. It also stopped the bleeding when I sliced my finger on a broken glass. This is one product that every house needs.

Hold nose first

I find that it helps if you hold your nose first for about 5-10 minutes before insertion. Otherwise, the blood will stream down through the pad.It did save me one day as I was away from home when my nose started to bleed and holding my nose with tissue alone didn’t help. If I didn’t have a BleedCease pad with me to slow the bleeding I wouldn’t have been able to drive home.
