Mountek GRIP Universal CD Slot Mount for Cell Phones and GPS Devices

Broken right out of the box, will not grip the phone, internal gears must be stripped. This was a gift and now they will not allow a return or even respond to emails about warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Purchased this December 2015. It fit in my CD slot without any problem and held my iPhone securely. A few days ago the arms popped open and my phone fell out. I have not made any changes to the opening size since it was installed. It will no longer close back into the position needed to hold my phone, so it is now useless. I am unsure why the internal mechanism would fail, guess I got a defective one.

I had this from 3 years ago and now bought one for my girlfriend and her parents. It simply works inserted into CD Player. Easy to attach and one hand adjust.

I've only had this product for less than a month and my phone no longer stays put when putting it on the mount. The first week when using iy, it was grear grip and use. However, now when driving the grip looses and my phone comes flying out. Not sure if defective product or bad quality build. Will be reaching out to Mountek.

I love this product. I use it with my Galaxy Note 4 and it works like a charm. I can even charge my phone while it is sitting on the Mountek which is extra convenient. It sits perfectly in my CD holder (no cd inserted) without an issue. The Mountek also allows my phone to not obstruct my view to the road and ensures safe navigation. Wish I found this sooner!

These have really gone downhill. Bought three units after using one for years. One of the new ones broke after 3 weeks - too late to return to Amazon but within warranty. I emailed the manufacturer and never got a reply. Three months later another one broke. Terrible.
