Effective and Well-Designed Tool for RV Tank Maintenance
This Camco Rhino Blaster RV tank rinser is another well-thought-out RV solution from Camco. I use it regularly to maintain both the black and gray tanks on our RV, and it works exactly as intended. The design makes it easy to flush tanks thoroughly while keeping the process controlled and clean. The built-in backflow preventer adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind during use. Setup is quick, connections are secure, and it integrates easily into a regular tank maintenance routine after trips. It’s a simple tool, but one that plays an important role in keeping the plumbing system functioning properly. I highly recommend this to any RV owner who wants an effective and reliable way to maintain their holding tanks.

Why did I wait 5 years to buy this?
I’m in my 5th year of camping and have seen several fellow campers use this. This morning my neighbor was using his to clean out his tank so I asked what he thought about and how easy/hard it is to use. After talking for a few minutes he gave me a demonstration. I was impressed enough that I ordered one. And since we are close enough to home and got same day delivery, we went home and picked it up. Now my travel trailer has a black tank flush but has never been all that useful. Back story- I have never been able to get my sneakers in my black tank to read EMPTY! I have tried all the cleaners, even sacrificed a long handled sprayer and stuck it down in the toilet, but nothing g has been as easy as this. I hooked it up per the directions. Ran the water for about 3 minutes then drained. Worked pretty good. More Debris came out even after I did the normal drain. I repeated with 3 more minutes of water and drained. My wife informed me that the tank showed empty. (In the past it would only show 2/3’s) So I did a third for 4 minutes and drained because I was still seeing “debris” come out and this time it was still a little discolored, but for the most part, clear. I can’t believe I waited this long to make this $50 purchase and for the piece of mind I get for knowing that tank is “cleared” it’s worth every penny. So to you campers who are looking for a quick and easy way to rinse your black tank, this is the fix!!! Enjoy and don’t wait 5 years like me!! Happy Camping!!!

De-clogged my black tank pipes!
This flush fitting worked amazing. Luckily I read through all of the reviews before hand so I knew not to over-tighten the hose and cause the plastic fitting to break like other people did. Before I bought this my tank wasn't emptying at all, I would pull the valve and only a little water would exit the tank. Using this tank flushing tool I flushed water into the tank 3 times within a few minutes and each time large lumps of toilet paper and fecal debris were able to become dislodge and loosened enough to come out. I'm stoked. I was hesitant for months before buying this, wondering if I could manage the dumping of the tank in other ways without having to purchase anything, but nothing was really working. It was a bit cheaper around black Friday so I decided to get it and I am completely glad I did!

Nice quality
Quality is good but watch for the way your drains are. Mine is curved and did not work on one camper. Great for the other!

Seeing is believing
Overall worked great and was good to rinse out tank and hose. Only issue I had was getting it off and may have been my camper issues not the part

A window to poop. Who woulda thunk it?
Robust build and and a must have for black tank cleaning. Not that everyone wants to see poop go down the drain, but this is essential to knowing when your tank is or isn't clean. We rinsed for a good 8-10 minutes and STILL saw 'stuff' coming out. The clear elbow was useful in knowing when we were truly done.

Camco component addition
Great addition to the camco waste line. Works well for reverse flushing of both black and gray tanks

A must have accessory when RV’ing
Great accessories for RV’s, especially to clean your tanks. The gate valve is essential to help backfill the tank and clean the tank.

We had bought a used RV to only find out that the previous owner was not very good at maintaining thier black tank with proper care. This resulted in a poop pyramid (google or YouTube it to find out more). This device from Camco saved the day after trying everything else. Don’t waste your time and money getting the version without the gate valve. The gate valve saved the day. I connected everything and then with both gates closed I filled the line with water then quickly pulled the black tank valve which would create a reverse flush up into the black tank. I would then close the water flow and release the second gate valve. I kept doing this repeatedly until the brown stuff had a continuous flow out of the black tank. Having the clear housing is great for seeing how successful the process is going. Remember good black tank maintenance is using lots of water each time you go number 2. And after you empty the black tank put at least 5 gallons of water into the black tank before you use it.

This unit works like it is described..Has a one way valve to prevent contaminated water to enter into fresh supply. The bayonet clamps are stiff and may require a wrench assist. It swivels easily for ease of access. The gate valve is a dream to operate, smooth and easy to push or pull. For my personal use , I needed an extra elbow to avoid the rv frame.
