Love This Pan With Lid
Great 8” non-stick pan. The plus factor for me was the lid. So hard to find small fry pans that are not connected to a whole set of pans, that come with a lid. Cleanup is great! I put the lid in dishwasher but hand wash the pan. Think it’s better in the long run for the non-stick feature of the pan.

Great Pan with a couple of exceptions
We have an older version of this one that we've used almost every day. It finally got to where it was starting to stick so we decided to get a new one.The old one was black where this new one is grey and the old one had a Bakelite handle where the new one has a stainless steel one. This new one has the steel handle which does get too hot to hold onto for very long. Also, this new one has a convex bottom, so when you pour oil into it the oil all runs to the outer edges of the pan.Other than the handle and convex bottom it's a great pan that nothing (so far) has been sticking to.

Very Ight weight , but heats evenly and is very easy to maintain.
I have used this pan only a few weeks and I am surprised at how effectlive it is. It is very light weight which concerned me but that has proven to be an asset, rather than a defect. Following instructions I use very low heat and was surprised at how well the pan performed. Heat distributes evenly....often a problem in low priced pans.I am very careful and do not use abrasive utinsels in cooking or cleaning and so I can't rate its scratch resistence. I am quite satisfied and look forward to many years of effective use. ( the pan it replaced was 7 years old.). I use the pan every day , frequently two or three times, and so far, so good. ( i have several pans this size, most not coated, and find that I prefer using this coated pan). It is extremely easy to clean.

Poor construction, dangerous to use and falsely advertised
So, it’s been less than a year that I’ve been using these two pans, I bought both 8” and 11” in May 2020, it’s April 2021 now and I’m throwing them away. I used the smaller 8” pan almost every day for eggs in the morning and the large 11” maybe every other day for sautéing and frying some other food.At first everything was fine, I use oil for cooking so the coating was nonstick as advertised. But after a month of everyday use the little pan became yellow and the coating started peeling off with the tiny flakes that are like melted plastic bags, I tried to take a close view of that. Totally unpleasant experience, since I don’t know how much of that plastic (advertised as stone) I’ve eaten so far. The large one held up a little longer since it hasn’t been used daily, but it’s the same - peeling off with plastic flakes on the inside, and the little pan is now bare aluminum as you can see in the pics, so everything sticks to it completely. They both seem even on the inside when not in use, but as soon as you turn the burner on, the bottom becomes uneven in the middle, it rises a little and the oil is distributed at the edges only. As for the heat distribution, the middle is also the hottest part, and if the 8” pan is mostly heated evenly, the large 11” pan is heated unevenly, and if you are doing pancakes or patties they are always over cooked in the middle and undercooked closer to the edge. But the worst part is the handle. It might seem safe to use since it doesn’t heat as much, but that’s only before the first wash in the dishwasher. It took me a while to figure out why the handle was easy to hold without anything at first and why I then burnt my hand a few times on it. That’s because it is hollow inside and flattened at the ends. If you place it with the handle up in the dishwasher, the water comes into the handle through the slit at the end and doesn’t come out until you don’t place it handle down. Then, if you had bad luck to collect some water inside the handle and start using the pan without letting it to drain for a while or without shaking it out (yes, I tried everything), the water starts boiling at some point and the handle - ba-dum-tss! - heats up to the temperature of boiling water. And there is also hot steam coming out of the slit at this moment. So be extremely careful when washing these pieces of cr... aluminium, as the handles are poorly designed what makes them dangerous to use. Not being mentioned they are advertised as non-heating handles, if I’m correct. So, these pans are not worth the money they cost.

Solid little pan with good fitting lid, but didn't last long
I like this little pan a lot. I use it almost daily. I'm single so it's a great size for grilled cheese, morning eggs, pork chops and hamburgers. I even use it to steam broccoli. It's super easy to clean and the non-stick surface so far is perfect. It's heavy enough to distribute heat well. I like also that the handle and knob on the lid are metal and can take heat so can be used in the oven. The knob gets hot but that's what hot pads are for. Will have to wait and see how the non-stick coating holds up over time.Update 5/2025: The coating didn't hold up as well as expected so had to discard pan. It started de-laminating and flaking and I don't want to ingest this stuff. Also, the bottom of the pan is not flat so oil and in particular eggs immediately head toward the outside of the bottom of the pan. Not a deal killer for an inexpensive pan, but I've now found other similarly priced pans with flat bottoms. No, I wouldn't buy this pan again.
