I have this iron and am very happy with it so I purchased one for my daughter for Christmas..it is leaking water and wont heat up. I am very disappointed! And of course it is too late to return it.

I did not realize how badly I needed a new iron until I got this one. I absolutely love it

Difficult to see where the water level.

After 15 years I am re-buying this iron. The only reason I am getting a new one is because it has accumulated crud on the sole plate, which is due to ironing a cheap polyester on too high of a setting. This is not the manufacturer's fault. But the iron never leaked water, the steam holes never clogged up, I always left water sitting in it and it never rusted and it's still working great. I tried to clean the plate but used an abrasive scrub pad and I still could not clean it all off, but at certain temperatures it would get on the clothes. Time to buy a new one but it was great and I will keep it for a spare and now will get a new identical one.

Just bought this item--before reading the reviews and after using it I find a big problem with the negative reviews. This iron was the best ironing experience I've had in a long time. No dripping here, and the most powerful steam iron I've used. I'm loving it!

The iron is not balanced - the center of gravity is forward the handle making it awkward to manipulate. The temp adjust dial is poorly placed below the handle - I bump it almost every time I grasp the handle. The two buttons on top are also awkward to use. The filler cap also does not seal completely.

Great Iron . I purchased it 5 yrs ago and only now starting to not warm up. I got my money's worth and will purchase another.

This is a terrible iron.It will not get hot and produce a good amount of steam.I honestly would like my money back.Don't buy it and save your money.
