Is there an adapter for the RS232 interface? I've looked up the documentation, and rather than specifying any kind of model number, a pinout display is given, specifying that an RS232 cable needs to be modified before it can be used with this device. Lack of provided documentation aside, once the settings are worked out, this works very well, but that issue with the RS232 interface is, at minimum, irritating, if you actually wanted to be able to hide the machine away. Combined with the seemingly non-functional ethernet port, I'm kind of left wondering if this is a finished model, or if there was meant to be more development before it was shipped off as was.

Overall works well and is switches fast. Gets hot. Did not come with any instructions. What is the Ethernet switch for???

I wanted eight great quality HDMI outputs on my 55 inch TV. I didn’t think it was possible but this item surprised me. And just when I thought the quality was just OK - I press the HD button and it’s even better. Great mix of screen placements too. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying this if you need split screens.

4kディスプレイでWindowsのノートPCのデスクトップを拡張しつつSwitchの出力を表示したいという欲求を叶えるために購入しました。 上下分割モードの出力が3840x1080かと思っていたら1920x1080を横に引き延ばすだけであったのが残念。ただまぁ、出力を2系統に分けるパーツ（例えば https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B0874V968M/ のような商品。これはMiniDPをHDMIにしてくれる）を間に噛ませることでほぼ期待通りの表示になった。 この残念な点とリフレッシュレートが30Hzなのを加味するとひとつ減じて★★★★の評価。 値段相応でこんなもんでしょう。あとプレゼントのHDMIケーブルが入っていなかったはなんでだろう。

使い始めて一月ほどで入力が２つ機能しなくなり、現在はPC画面も認識しなくなりました。 修理依頼をしたいのですがどーすればいいでしょうか？

リモコンの反応も良く、切り替えも早く、全般的に良い製品だとは思います。 しかしながら、画質の劣化が避けられません。本器を使用すると、画像の色合いが若干変わります。 この手の製品では画像の劣化は致し方ないもののようですが、こうした不都合について商品説明がありません。 この点が減点で★3つとしました。
