They are different - meant for different pens. These are designed for a different type of pen - Pilot Hi-Tec-C Coleto pens. They would not fit in the FriXion erasable pens.

Do these refills fit into the regular Pilot ballpoint or Frixion pens?!

From what I can tell they are specifically designed for the Hi-Tec-C Coleto pens and are quite different from other type of pen refils.
