So far, so good. Great value for the money. Print is clear and sharp. I am very pleased. The only difference between factory HP toner vs Smartomni ink cartridges is my HP printer identifies the non-factory ink cartridges and displays an error message. I simple push a button and acknowledge the message. I highly recommend Smartomni Ink Cartridges.

Edit: They contacted me and offered me a free replacement set of their new and improved cartridges. These ones work just like they are supposed to. The new cartridges have the black labels.

No issues with this ink. I like that they came with 2 of each color. They’re small cartridges.. they have to be to fit in the printer… so they don’t last as long as the larger carriages.. but they cost a lot less. I hate paying more than i have to for comparable ink

My printer will not work with this ink only prints out certain colors and I’m constantly having to open and close it and I’m just going to have to get HP ink total waste of money

I got this product for the in-laws printer, they only use it for paper. They were the right size and good for the price since the other ink cost more because it’s for photos. Which they did not use their printer for photos. Huge savings and paper print great.

The black cartridge failed and jammed up my printer. I have not had problems with the colored cartridges.

Seems to work just fine. There are two complete changes in the order. I used another off brand in past and wasn’t pleased with it. This one is ok so far.

I’m happy with the product. It now will be dependent on how long the cartridges last.
