The “seller” did a great job of trying to relate to our needs based on the description I gave of what I wanted in a glass. I did not realize that purchasing a narrow glass that fits the size of my hand would be a glass that was not proportional to the size of my everyday dishes. Nor did I realize that the liquid with which I filled the glass, advertised as 12 oz., would be 10 ounces at the very top of the glass. This leaves no room for ice during warmer weather. I have had our other glasses by this manufacturer and can assure you this glass is a quality product. I may exchange them for a little larger glass as long as its purpose is for non-alcoholic beverages.

I have bought many sets of drink ware over the years and they all seem to break or chip over time. We were at Outback Steakhouse one night and I thought to myself I need glasses like these. They felt heavy, thick, and I assumed they were sturdy since a restaurant was using them. After a quick search on Google I discovered they were Libbey Duratuff. I wanted something simple so I chose this style and bought the 6 oz set too. These are great so far and I imagine they'll hold up better than our previous sets. On another note the first set we bought were poorly packaged and had one break. Amazon quickly sent us a new set the following day. So if you're nervous about these breaking in transit don't be!

These are definitely heavier than others, but are tougher/stronger, kind of like bar glasses.

These are very very very good quality. They don't hold a lot but we still love them. Just have a pitcher of your favorite drink and a nice coaster and you are set.They just might last forever.

These glasses are tall, sturdy, comfortable to hold and always look clean after washing in the dishwasher.

I threw out the old beer glasses because they were to big. These Glasses are Great!

My wife loves the glasses and they are tough.
