This thing works like a charm
I have a pc and vcr hooked up to the same monitor. It actually improved my pc resolution. Plenty of settings and all that. The build feels cheap so no telling if it will last the test of time but for its price it’s pretty amazing. Only thing is I wish it had an off switch. It is powered the whole time it’s plugged in. 5 star product in my eyes

I can see who’s at my shop door
I use this to see who is coming up my driveway when I’m working in my shop (there isn’t a window on that side). I used an old vga monitor, a backup camera, and a 12 volt wall wart (to power the camera). It worked first time I powered it up with a good picture. The only problem is that the backup cameras picture is backwards, but that is the design of the camera and not the adapter. I can still see down the driveway and it is way cheaper than putting an $80 window in.

Product did NOT Display Color Video
The product worked but the video output was only in black and white even though I had a color VGA in the computer. Therefore, I returned it and I received a refund. There is a better product called the Mini VGA 2AF which is a white square box with both a VGA and audio inputs and RCA video/audio outputs and the display to the monitor shows color. That is why I give this product 1 star.

Nice package but cheap power supply
Nice looking unit with simple labeled buttons, easy to hookup. BUT it would not work on my Hi Res monitor. It showed scrambled picture. It worked on my second monitor. Also the power supply is actually a CHARGER and causes unreasonable RFI to my ham radio. I replaced the charger with my own power supply and no RFI. It does what I wanted it to do but disappointed it only worked on one of my monitors also disappointed with the cheap noisy charger power supply.

Easy to use
Great adapter, wish it didn’t require its own power source though

I recomend this for retro computers
I use this on my Apple 2c computer to use on my VGA screen and it works great! Probably just as good as the raspberry pi version. Update: I been using this for a while now and it displays graphics correctly on any vga monitor. I tried it on my Apple 2e and it fixes the color rainbow around text that usually happens on color monitors. I'm getting another one for my other projects. I tried making a VGA adapter for my Apple 2gs but this is a better solution for the price.

It worked fast and reminded me of the days of the 90s :), I wished it supported the sound, I would have given it five stars.

Let's me play my old Atari micro on a modern display, works well!

Got this for my Atari 520 STFM and it works ok on low res but not for medium as text is unreadable. Can play games with it. However I also have a Spectrum and a ZX81 both of which have the composite mod and it works very well them going to a relatively modern monitor and led TV that have a VGA input which is very handy.

Quality is OK, don't expect razor sharp pixels. Used for old retro microcomputer to a newer LCD panel.
