BLU T176T Jenny TV 2.8 Unlocked Quad-Band Dual SIM Phone (White/Blue)

I got this for my mother who will be traveling out of the country and isnt very good with phones. I got her this thinking that it was a cheap and was already unlocked. It came in and I was very pleased. It was plastic but good build quality, big screen and button, and has the option of 2 sim cards! I tried it with my Tmobile sim and it worked perfectly. This phone is great for anyone that is traveling out of the country!

For various family reasons, we needed to be able to make affordable voice calls back to the US while traveling in Costa Rica. This phone fit the bill just fine. Bought a Kolbi SIM card in a small grocery store (just $2), and was assigned a local phone # and PIN. Calling US cost I think 29 cents/min. Reloading more $$ on the card was easy. Texting is old-school due to no QWERTY keyboard, but manageable.

It is working very well, it meets our expectations for a basic phone, the extras is like a present, battery lasts a reasonable time. On the other hand, the manual is poorly made, it doesn't came with the memory card so camera or mp3 wont work with out it, and it's only worth buying for the music, the camera is very limited.Very nice look.

This stopped working 2 days after I received it. The incoming audio simply completely stopped working. When I tried to contact the customer support, all I got to hear was an irritating song on IVR for 30 minutes. No human bothered to answer my call for 30 minutes. Frustrated I have thrown this device to the dust bin. I thought it would be a good buy for just $30 but realized that you get junk if you pay junk.

Execelente product is still very big and does not look nice

I needed a phone while traveling overseas. This thing is absolutely perfect. $29 shipped, are you kidding?Takes pictures, has a rather good FM radio, holds the charge fantastic, and most importantly it's a telephone. Takes two sims and a memory card. Yes, it isn't a $800 smart phone, but I wouldn't cry for it if I lost it or got pickpocketed. BLU nailed this one. For $29 it's an easy 5 stars.

Bought one for my mom, who's a bit older and doesn't need all the bells and whistles of newer, smart phones. The phone is perfect for her needs - good size, intuitive, and nicely priced.

the fotos are very small and apparently there is no way to enlarge them. Makes any foto I take worthless.
