They work nicely for my Real Estate office.

Used these when I first started on real estate. They were great for helping me remember what I needed for each client. I didn’t do 5 stars because for me I needed to be able to have a little bit more flexibility with inputting the data needed. From this, I didn’t create my own version. Great starter folder!

I highly recommend these folders for anyone in real estate. It’s nice to keep organized if you like to write things down. Now that we have to go back to carrying a buyers rep form with us, folders are necessary again.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. I have purchased these in the past from my office but was happy to find them online. Very good way to stay organized. I two hole punch my contracts and other important documents and attach them to the file folder using fasteners.
