I use these all the time. They really hold up.

This fits on my watch band (Samsung Gear) beautifully. The app was super easy to download and figure out how to put all of my info in to.My doctor absolutely LOVES the idea! I showed him the sleeve, QR code and app.For a super spoonie like me (I have SO many chronic illnesses and allergies), this thing could literally save my life. I am so grateful for it!

I wear an Apple Watch and this couldn’t be more convenient. You log on through an app on your phone and quickly set up your account. Slide the ID on your watch band and away you go. I work in the schools and shared this with our school nurses. We often have students that have emergency medical situations and this allows them some additional privacy. I liked that to scan the ID and get my information, you have to be a registered first responder. However, for me, the best feature is that I could personalize my vital health conditions since one of mine is incredibly rare and I could write out specific details they would need. $20 for all that?! Best medical ID I’ve ever used, hands down.

So I was gifted 1 just like this 6 months ago maybe. It fit my Fitbit Charge 5 perfectly. 3 weeks ago I was moving and during the process discovered it had come off my band! I didn’t find it! I love the design and idea and how they scan….. But $22 is ALOT for every 6 months! Be nice if once it was on the band it would be secure!

Set up was pretty extensive due to my medical history but fairly straightforward. Fits quite snug on the original band for my samsung watch 40mm but replacement bands are a little slimming fits closer to the watch. So far happy with my purchase even though only had it a few days.

I sat it up and was amazed. All my health info in one spot. Ambulance and health personnel can scan the back and retrieve it all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
