This is super soft and comfortable! No more neck marks from the headgear straps being too tight. I have a big head and I had to cinch up the straps on my headgear really tight so I got a lot of burn marks on my neck. It really me sleep better with no leaks from the headgear being too tight. One thing I liked about it is you can cut it to whatever size you want. The blue side straps come longer so you just cut it to fit your straps. I also like the padding in the middle because it makes sleeping so much more enjoyable. Make sure when you get it in the mail you cut the blue felt straps so your magnets fit your mask. Much more comfortable than without it

Just started using this and so far it seems to be protecting my neck from irritation. Will update after I have used it for a while.

I was skeptical at first before trying this, but I wish I purchased it a lonnnnnng time ago. I could never get my seal right on my mask no matter what masked I tried. I also would have really bad red marks due to having to over tighten the mask straps. I decided to give this a try and it was a game changer! My leak index has drastically improved. I have a better seal now, red marks have greatly decreased and most of all it’s helping me get more comfortable sleep. Give this a try you won’t regret it. It pays for itself in no time.

Been using for years. Bought 2 and wash one each week. They hold up well to washing, are comfortable and not too hot on neck or face.

The product and design as a whole is a great idea. But they tried to cut costs and used a cheap, tiny piece of Velcro on the neck wrap around. It keeps coming loose all night long, every time you roll your head on your pillow. It’s a shame, other that that it’s really comfortable and stops the discomfort of the c-pap straps cutting into your neck and cheeks.

Has helped a lot my neck doesn’t get sore anymore. Would recommend

100% should've bought this sooner!!! This has been a game changer for me!!! I have a bipap with high pressure and I would always have leaks so I'd have to put my mask on super tight, which was causing bruising on the back of my neck and large indents on my cheeks. This cushion has prevented all of this from happening and I'm sleeping so much more comfortably and through the night!!! Love this!!!!
