Hi yes on the inside of it there is a slot where u can slide a smaller picture in over the babys baptism keepsake photo album its like a card inside there but it is glued to the bacling inside there but you would be able to slide a pic in front of it I just was seeing if u could tear it off inside but it looks like you would tear the backing off because mine tore a little inside but yes it u get the right size picture u could slide it in front of it. hope that helps
