Excellent addition to your vertuo machine to brew your own beans
I bought this and gave it a try. It seems decently made. Comes with a couple extra o-ring seals, so I do wonder how long those are meant to last, and what you do when all three are shot. It took ~3 scoops to fill the pod, as I recall. The lid went on fine, and it fit into the machine fine.Upon starting, the barcode built into it evidently works, as it started brewing. (Not sure what the barcode is equivalent to—probably mug-sized—but one could experiment with cutting barcodes off a real pod and gluing them on, maybe.) Coffee started to come out and it had decent foam.Overall happy with my purchase.

Stopped working after 3 weeks
The media could not be loaded. This works really well. Makes the same quality coffee as the pods do but without the huge expense.Tip: Use finally ground coffee, like espresso grind and use 3-4 of the little measuring cups and it will be perfect. Also, my machine didn’t recognize the cup at first. Ignore whatever message you get and hit the cup button again and it brews. It will work.Update: stopped working after 3 weeks. Junk. Don’t waste your money

Great savings
Great savings! It took a bit of practice, as it didn't include instructions. After watching video reviews, I gave it a try.Measure about 3.5 spoons, tapping down with each scoop. It's that simple.Remove it while still warm. Otherwise, you need to force it out.

Recafimil Reusable Capsule, Large - 240 ML Review
Hello, Works fine in my Nespresso Virtuo. Coffee will be slightly weaker if you don't put at least 3.5 spoonfulls in the capsule and tap it down. The exit holes are smaller than the ones the Nespresso makes in the disposable pods, probably one reason why the coffee is a little weaker with the reusable pod. Will take some experimenting before you get it just right,

Well Made
I tried to use this with my Nespresso by De'Longhi Vertuo Plus Deluxe Coffee & Espresso Maker with Aerocinno Frother. However, it got stuck while trying to eject. I bought the smaller size first and it worked fine and ejected normally. One thing to note is that it has the bar codes on the capsule but you might have to reset your Nespresso to Factory settings in order for it to work which is what I had to do. Just follow the instructions that come with your machine.I thought the capsule was well made. I liked that they included the the scoop, brush and additional sealers in the box. I would have kept it if worked on my machine. I kept the smaller capsule. I works fine.

Great for the every day coffee drinker.
I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo for years now and the price of the capsules get expensive. This product is great if your a coffee drinker like I am. My wife and I have coffee everyday. Using this makes my life easier because of the ease of use and easy to clean it.The flavor depends on what grounds you use and how well you tamp it. Do some research on the grounds because taste is a personal thing.I would suggest to get more than one if you make multiple cups at a time. The pod is real hot after use and you have to clean it before the second cup.

Doesn't work
I have tried multiple types of ground coffee from regular grind to espresso grind -- and none of them work in this filter. I can not get a single cup of coffee brewed using this refillable reusable pod. The nespresso machine is new and works great with the disposable pods but will not produce a cup of coffee using this filter. The machine starts, a few drops of dark water come out and then stops. When the filter is removed and unscrewed the coffee filter has water in it. The holes that are drilled in the stainless steel are significantly smaller than the holes created in the disposable filter pods. The filter design is flawed and the filter is worthless.

Does not reproduce a Vertuo cup
Great steel quality but it does not reproduce a Vertuo coffee cup as the riginal no matter how much coffee do you press in it
