If you’re looking for an easy way to get your Biotin in, this is it. These gummies are soft, tasty, and way more enjoyable than standard supplements. My nails are definitely the biggest winner here they’re growing faster and feel much tougher than before. I haven't noticed a massive change in my skin, but my hair feels thicker and healthier overall. It’s not a miracle cure overnight, but for the price and the convenience, you really can’t beat them.
