This Arnica tea does not the overwhelming strong taste that some reviewers said it did, know it could be because I use a little hazelnut milk in my teas but nonetheless it was good.

Purchased this post surgical. Drank atleast 1 cup with pineapple tea everyday and it made a big difference to decrease my swelling and really increased mu urinary frequency (decreasing lymphatic drainage). Try it. Buy it. I don't think you will regret it.

Love this tea. I purchase this to help with swelling after surgery. I can't say if it helped, because I used it in combination with a lot of other things. But it pleasant tasting and soothe me on painful days. The price is a little high, I could probably find cheaper in a health food store. It arrived promptly and securely with no issues. It was packaged well, so well it came in a sturdy box. I like this product. I recommend it.
