This pasta is amazing...for someone who is doing her best to eat minimally processed food, food with as few ingredients as possible and food that doesn't include wheat this company has so many choices of ONE ingredient, wheat free pasta, and the best part it cooks up GREAT and tastes even better, and while compared to pasta the cost is high the cost is a bargain for as good as this pasta is! Oh I forgot its organic as well!

The flavor is good, never as good as real pasta, but I do like this product. I always throw a few real pasta in to merge the flavor a tad. It cooks a bit more rigid unless you cook it a tad longer. I like somewhat firm pasta the Italian way. Buckwheat is a complex natural food material that helps reduce glucose.

The best. Well done, good texture like traditional wheat pasta only healthy. Cooks faster. I cook in water enough to finish the cooking and leave a creamy sauce

It's a bit expensive for what you get, but it is gluten free and doesn't upset my IBS tummy. I only cook it for 8 -9 minutes at sea level, if you go too much more it's mushy.

Delicious product with excellent cooking instructions...if followed perfectly the pasta is super food for you, delicious and al dente!

Really liked to taste. I had never tried buckwheat pasta before . I am always looking for new gluten free options. Glad I read other reviews before I cooked it. They recommended 10 minutes cooking time is too long. I did 8 minutes and will probably go even a little less next time

I love buckwheat pasta in general…….. when I was in Ethan I tasted and it was delicious so I decide to bring iback to the US a bunch of buckwheat pasta Lol and unfortunately I ran out and I decide to order this one and sorry to say I’m very disappointed. it’s OK but not great and the price is outrageous. Will not buy it again after buying 8 packs
