I bought this book to revise my knowledge of cranio sacral therapy. Very easy to read and very informative.

Love this book. Read it cover to cover and practiced the exercises illustrated on the case histories. Very effective.

Very good read to learn more about Craniosacral Therapy and how it came about! Could definitely tell it was used condition but nothing wrong with the quality. Just a few bookmarked pages and smudges but didn't affect quality.

This book was hard to put down. The stories are told in an educational way to show the variety of possible benefits from CST. I was not expecting there to be instructions for doing some CST steps at the end. Very good introductory book.

Good overview. Some chapters are hard to read due to medical terms.

Very informative. Love that this book is so small, easy to carry and refer back to it as needed. This was another book that was recommended by my massage school, really glad it was because it has been very useful.
