Very good brush with tapered bristles that hold water and pigment well. Have not experienced shedding.

I absolutely love this brush! I needed a round brush that wouldn't start to great or lose it shape and this beans is perfect. I have bought 2 other size brushes from the same brand and I'm super happy with all of them!They keep their shape, and don't loose bristles. Perfect for what I need!I would also recommend purchasing B&J "the masters" brush cleaner and preserver. If you don't trust me check out YouTube reviews. This cleaner is amazing! And it has kept my Simply Simmons brushes from fraying. It is really the best thing I've tried and it won't destroy your brushes and brush handles like most other cleaners do.

I would actually prefer more snap than this brush offers. However, it does have more snap that the Silver Black Velvet brushes.Hopefully this description will help with your decision when buying.It is a nice balanced brush.

Good quality starter brush. Hopefully I'll graduate to more expensive brushes soon, but great for me now, as a beginner watercolorist.

I use this brand before on a size 12 while taking my first watercolor lesson and loved it! Well made brush. I will order more sizes in the near future.

Buying a couple more for eye shadow makeup.It holds the right amount of shadow and let’s you apply gradually and smoothly.Best eye brush I ever had.When I use a few colors it blends the colors beautifully.
