DO Naturals SPF 50 Sunscreen, 3 oz (Fragrance Free)

So I'll be honest... I don't have kids yet and I bought this product for myself and my husband if he'd agree to use it. I also have a nephew that I was going to try it on and try to get my sister to start using it for him. (One of my sisters' sons passed away from cancer two years ago so anyway I can help limit our family's exposure to unnecessary chemicals - I'm going for it.) Anyhow, I used this product on myself a few times and it is indeed a a bit hard to rub in! If I had to cover my entire adult body with this sunscreen it would take a very long time and I would likely give up. I used this on my face, shoulders and hands. When rubbed in the product does show up a kind of white. This was fine for me working in the garden- no one was going to see me and I didn't care. This is not a sunscreen you want to use if trying to look like a "hot mama" in public, but this product is meant for kids and I think it would be great at that! Your children's safety and health are way more important than if they look a little more pale from the white color of the product! It worked well - I didn't burn and I did not get pink. Will require a shower to feel the product is removed but we usually do that after a day at the beach, etc. anyway. This is great for children, but not so much for adults if they are in public trying to look super attractive. I'll still use this for gardening and for my neice and nephews. I like that it is so natural, but it is very clumpy and hard to rub in. You can rub it until it's a pale white sheen, but only after a few minutes of rubbing which is hard with a wiggly toddler like mine.

I really liked the way they (Dolphin Organics) sent out a handwritten thank you note along with a warning of not applying a lot of it (a little goes a long way). Even though I followed the instructions of applying it sparingly, it still refused to get absorbed. The sunscreen had an uneven, watery consistency and just stained my skin white however hard I tried to rub it in. Since I break out very easily, I didn't want to use it along with a moisturizer which I guess would enable it to be absorbed better. It didn't harm my skin in anyway, but I don't want to look like a zombie, so I wont be buying it again.

White and streaky, but the light weight on the skin. No more peanut buttery Badgers. A little really does go a long way. Spread it quickly because it dries very fast.I carry a little tub of this around with me in my wallet. About 1 teaspoon's worth. I find this is enough to cover my four-person family if we are wearing long sleeve shirts and pants. Faces, hands, and a few arms at least. Very economical!Oh, I also loved the customer service of this place. Great company!

The hole always gets clogged with the sunscreen, which makes it very inconvenient to travel with and have a reliable source of sunscreen.

Works great, it is just a little hard to rub in.

Guilt-free sun screen for my baby. It leaves a little white residue, but that's okay with me as I can tell where I applied it. Love it!

Love it. This is the only sunscreen that will not give my 3 yr old hives/rash. Expensive... but worth it for us.
