Well the camera is awesome, the tracking is ok, it said it only will follow people but it will follow anything that moves witch was a little bit of a let down . had a little trouble setting it up with windows 10 , but customer service was amazing, and got it all working . For the money you can't beat it, I recommend it .

Imporx 3mp 20x zoom First this is NOT a POE camera. Note "POE capable". You have to have a POE splitter near the camera. You will need BOTH network cable and a power cable going into the camera itself. Camera itself worked very well for almost two weeks before it shut itself off and wouldn't power back up. I had no problem getting a refund but I did have to pay return shipping. They were nice enough to provide a California address to return it to instead of having to send it back to China. The picture is very clear and the zoom is near incredible. I had it working well with blue iris. It was a bit of a pain to set up but I figured it out. If it had actually been POE and hadn't died I would have given it 5 stars.

I like this camera for two reasons. The first being that it is very affordable for the price you pay for it. The second being that they have a pretty good picture. I have put many of these PTZs in and everyone enjoys them with no complaints. The reason why someone would complain about this camera is because they don't know exactly how to program them. This camera along with the 30x zoom are great cameras for there cost and picture quality.

I bought one of these cameras last year and use it with Blue Iris. It is a steal for the price. You just can't get an auto tracking camera at this price, and the tracking is pretty good. Including a sample video from my camera. [...]
