Hi, for acrylic and gel nails we would advise that you look at the MP62 as this has the sandpaper attachement which is ideal for removing the top surface of acrylic/gel product. There are a great no of attachments, fine and coarse, so I would imagine the answer is yes.

Q: Had ingrowing toenail, which was removed. Parts of it near the corners started to partially grow again. Can this work without pain or cutting my skin?
