We also carry K500, K500P and K501. As Swagge stated below, K501 does not come with a pocket.

These are excellently detailed golf polos. The better the physique, the better they look, truth told. Port Authority builds very nice shirts, and this is a tennis player who loved Fred Perry...1970 thru 1974. I don't know the model #.
