Really cute, well-made toy
I purchased this for my grandson - who is 2 years old and loves to play with his toy cars on one of those rugs with the roadways - These are nicely made with working lights that even flash before they change color - very realistic. They come with batteries already installed so a very good price as well. But I will point out that the lights also have an audio and it is not in English - I believe it's in Chinese. That is fine with me - my son teaches in China and I have another grandson who lives in China. I told this grandson they were from where his cousin lives. If the language is not an issue I would definitely recommend this toy. It's very well-made and super cute.

Do not buy.
You press the button on this thing and it speaks in mandarin and then the lights flash and it makes a clicking noise and it briefly stops at 1 side green and the other side red and then it clicks some more and the lights flash and then it turns itself off. Every time you press the button you have that annoying voice speaking Chinese. It doesn't work like a traffic light at all. My grandson broke one of them within 2 hours of receiving it. All in all it's cheap and, did I mention, annoying?! Needless to say my grandson loves it because of the noise it makes and he gets a kick out of pressing the button and holding the stop light in front of my face.

What that??
This toy is very cute but the language It speaks to you in is not English. I think it’s Chinese. Just be aware.

worked great except for the foreign language at start after pressing the button
worked great as expected. Except for the foreign language at start after pressing the button Lot of anticipation for the green light.

Speaks but not in English!
I would think one important thing that should be in the item description is that when the light blinks something is being said and whatever is being said is also not in English!! I read and reread the item description and nowhere did it say the light speaks and it definitely did not say it speaks in a language other than English! Perhaps give an option to change languages?? Or maybe at least send a written translation so we know what was being said!

Great toy!
My 4 year old is obsessed with traffic lights and railroad crossings, and it is surprisingly hard to find such toys. We received this toy today, and my son absolutely loves them. I didn't realize that it made sounds in addition to the lights, so that was a pleasant surprise. All in all, great value for only $11, and a fun little toy for 4 year olds.

Speaks in Asian language when light is turned on.
I should have read the reviews. This would be a cute toy traffic light, if only you could turn off the sound. See my video. As soon as you turn it on you hear someone speaking in non-English. (It sounds Asian.) Mine did come with batteries.
