What is the difference between the cerve moisturizing cream and renewal cream?

If you are referring to the PM cream and PM moisturizer. The renewing cream is a lot thicker in consistency. As far as what's in it, I believe the pm renewing cream has hyluranic acid and the SA moisturizer has salicylic acid for acne prone skin. The moisturizer is much lighter, not as heavy on the skin.

I have dry, wrinkly, crepey, very dry skin, age related dryness. Is this the best product for me?

I'm 66, male, and have been using virgin coconut oil after my showers, and it keeps my skin from flaking for days after. (Cetaphil only lasted a day before I needed to reapply.) I'm just now trying CeraVe SA cream to do a better job exfoliating before hydrating, as recommended by my dermatologist. My thoughts are that this pair will be my go-to skin care from now on. My lower legs are alligatored (like a 100 year old varnished chest) from a nasty outbreak of poison oak last month. That alligatoring is what drove me to finding a good exfoliant.
