I have a small home gym and wanted a cheap step up to do lunges or deadlifts with and this little thing delivers! I was a little sceptical that it was so cheap, it would be poorly made and not sturdy, but it's very secure, even if you add height. It's also very lightweight. Can easily be transported. It comes with adjustable feet so you can make it higher or lower for preference. I even have mine on the carpet and it's solid. Great value for the money, functional and easy to use! (I don't do my lunges that poorly lol)

I think this is good for the price. When I started searching I saw these in several price ranges. It seems there are 3 major lengths you can get. There is a size shorter in length than this and a size longer in length than this. The longer would be what you find in a gym and I would not recommend the ones shorter in length than this one. I think this is a good length for the price. This has enough room to comfortably step up and down and not worry about mising the platform. I don't feel that the longer one is worth paying so much more for with the length you get. I use it on carpet, which may not be recommended, but it is sturdy when I use it and the surface is non slip. I like that I can adjust the height from the blocks stored under the unit. I have read reviews of people not being happy that you cannot store one level of the blocks under while you are using it, but to me that's not even a big deal. I just set them aside when I'm using it. Right now I am using the highest level and I just keep it that way and do not replace them underneath for storage. This does not take up a lot of space so it's a good addition to the other equipment I have. It can be leaned up against a wall with minimal taking of space. I am very happy with my purchase and the price I paid. I never thought once about returning this product. I have had it for about 2 months.

This is a keeper. I purchased the BalanceForm Aerobic Exercise Step Platform to use for foot support when sitting on the side of the bed and it works perfectly for this purpose. It's sturdy (I do not stand on the platform, nor do I use it for aerobic exercise). The platform helps me to position my feet and maintain better sitting posture when using my laptop while in bed. I tried the raisers at different heights and found the perfect height for me. At the highest height, I can still store the platform underneath the bed to prevent tripping when I'm not using it. Once in place, It does not slip or move about, so that's a great built-in feature. The surface of the platform is resistant to my feet sliding off when in use. Assembly was a bit trickly when trying to insert, align and secure the raisers - but not a deterrent. While I believe it is a very good for aerobics, I can attest to its effectiveness as a footstool, also. I would recommend it to other buyers.

It's sturdy and a great size. But kinda stupid. It's cool that it stores the step blocks under the main body but dumb bc neither block set has cut outs for fitting around the stored blocks. Meaning if you want to raise the step one height you have to remove both block sets and leave the second set somewhere else. Dumb. What good is having storage space if it can't be used?

not using this for a work out product. using for a solid step up for getting into and out of bed. very supportive and plenty of space needed to proper footing.

Well made product.

Solid item. Not slippy. The same size as the ones used in my gym. Unfortunately the extra height feet do not fit securely in the base and need storing separately. That's my only gripe. I would recommend it.

just what i needed

muy buena calidad de banco. con plastico firme. no se mueve al pararse, ni se hunde. es un banco firme aun a la altura maxima. lo recomiendo mucho. lo volveria a comprar para regalarselo a alguien ya que no creo que me haga falta a mi por ser un material eternamente durable y bonito. me llego antes de lo previsto y en excelentes condiciones. la caja protegio bien el material para que llego comprimida por que hizo bien su funcion de proger el banco.
