The process for designing and submitting my ID badge was simple and easy. There was excellent and simple communication between the design team over email. I quickly got my ID badge in the mail and unfortunately there was a minor imperfection with the printing process. Honestly, I know that I'm a perfectionist and can be a very nitpicky person, so I was initially unhappy with the badge quality. However, the customer service process to resolve the issue could not have been any more impressive. I photographed the ID badge and explained the problem. They re-designed the ID badge and sent me a picture to verify the changes. Then they sent out the second ID badge and it was absolutely great. Overall I've been very pleased with the company and they really went the extra mile to make me happy customer.

My son is starting kindergarten and needed a tag with his information on it. I sent all the details I needed on the badge and I was sent back an amazing design which I absolutely love. The quality is amazing for the price and shipping was even better. I would recommend this badge to anyone. Great work and amazing quality.

No way to wear it

The ID was amazing quality and turned out better than I could have imagined. I was not the easiest customer to work with but he got everything perfect for me. I would recommend this guy to everyone and anyone! It's a 6 out of 5 stars for me!I am definitely going to get more cards from this guy in the future!
