It WORKS!
I am extremely grateful right now. Since I was a young girl I’ve have rough, dry, extremely calloused feet. I guess it was hereditary? My mother and father’s feet were the exact same.I’ve gone through so many products over the years. I’ve used callus removers and pumice stones that would sometimes work after stripping a few layers of skin off , but a little over a week later the hard dry skin already begins making its appearance. The amount of effort required to maintain normal looking feet that I wasn’t embarrassed to show wasn’t something I could maintain. So I’d always wear socks or closed shoes and scrape away for pool or beach days when they’d arise.Once I started using this cream, and pairing it with a callus remover in the shower. . . omg. The dead hard, dry skin with minimal effort came off my feet with so much ease. I’ve been using this stuff for roughly a month and I’m sitting here looking at my feet in awe. They are soft and not damaged from excess scraping and I’m so glad. I can’t wait to paint my toenails and wear cute sandals and heels. Ahhhh!!!!

It works very well - but use sparingly and only on cracked areas!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This really does work well, but learn from my experience: don't slather it on like regular lotion all over your feet or you'll feel sticky and messy all day! If you want to slather it on the problem areas of your feet only for an intense treatment, do that before bed and put socks on, then rinse lightly in the morning. Do an intensive treatment 3 or 4 times a week in the beginning for faster healing. I did this faithfully the first two weeks and pretty much healed my heels completely. Then for maintenance, I simply dabbed a tiny bit on each callused area - not a lot! It worked great and my heels completely healed. I never had to do another "intensive" treatment again by doing just a litttle maintenance every couple of days. The jar lasts a long time. Toward the end, it started to get a little thick and dried out, so i added a few drops of water to the jar to thin it out again. Good Luck! it really does work - but again - don't slather it on all over your feet like regular lotion or you'll hate this stuff!

Your skin is going to feel CHALKY but thats NORMAL
PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING!!As someone who waited to do her research until after I bought the product and disliked it the second I put my hand in the cream I was confused as to why it was super sticky and super thick and sort of chalky…40% UREA CREAM IS HIGHLY CONCENTRATED so it is more likely to leave your skin feeling a bit chalky. If you don’t like that feeling or look on your skin try a 5-10% urea cream which you can get at most stores like target, Fred Meyer , Walmart, even safeway etc….Now that I’ve been using the cream it definitely has hydrates my skin and definitely seen the redness that comes along with my KP go down a little and will write a fuller review after purchasing a second bottle!

I have suffered from cracking feet for years, cracks that generally bleed and are very painful. I have tried just about anything there is for feet with very little success. I wanted one last ditch effort and this cream was the Hail Mary! My feet have never been better!!! I used it consistently for 2 weeks, with significant improvement after 1 week. For the first 2 weeks I put it on daily with socks, either at night or during the day with shoes. Now that my feet are healed I will put it on if I decide to wear closed shoes for the day or if my feet are starting to look a little extra dry, just as a preventative. I bought this April 12, 2025 and nearly 3 months later my feet are the best they have been in probably 5 years! Will buy 100 times over! First 2 pictures are after 2 days (forgot to take complete before pictures) and the last 2 are today.

This really works!!
This really works, just don't expect a floral or pretty smell. I don't mind it at all and I am sensitive to smells. I have had dry, cracked, peeling heels for years and no matter what I used ( O'Keefe's Healthy Feet, O'Keefe's Working Hands, Yuskin Cream, Aquaphor, Vaseline), it reverted back to it's desert-dry state as soon as I stopped slathering it on. I saw a difference after using it twice in a day. That was 2 days ago. Heels are not completely smooth yet, but healed up and soft.

Works Okay, But Too Greasy and Messy
This foot cream definitely moisturizes, but it takes forever to soak in. Even after rubbing it in well, it stays greasy and ends up getting all over the floor if you’re not careful. I’ve had to put on socks right after applying just to avoid slipping around. It does leave feet softer by morning, so it works — but the texture is too heavy for regular use. If you don’t mind the mess and only use it at night, it might be fine. Just wish it absorbed faster!

Don't put socks back on right away.
If you are using on your heels, you might want to apply the cream and then wait a while before putting your socks back on. I think putting socks on right after application was wiping the cream off partly, so I added a delay and it seemed more effective. Worked great but it took several weeks for me to see any results.

Works Great for KP
Works SUPER well, but first you have to past the smell of tea tree oil and the sensory nightmare of the cream itself. This was recommended for Keratosis Pilaris (KP) and I have to say it's a very effective treatment. The cream is unbelievably thick, not lightweight at all - it absorbs but mostly sits on top of the skin like a barrier. My advice - do not apply it with your hands, get a mask spatula and once again, the tea tree oil is strong (like burn-your-eyes-from-the-smell-of-it -strong) so if you're sensitive to scents- get another product.
